Individual Counseling is for you if you're experiencing behaviors, unpleasant situations, or mental health symptoms that are negatively affecting your day to day functioning. You'll have the opportunity to work on personal goals of healing/progress with trusting and compassionate support the whole way through.

Group counseling is for you if you are a teen/young adult struggling with overwhelming emotions, life adjustments, and all the transitions in between. Group counseling helps you to gain understanding from different perspectives and the comfort of not feeling alone in your situation.
DIAGNOSTIC/ASSESSMENT SERVICES
Diagnostics and Assessment services provide clarity and understanding of your current challenges. Through supportive evaluation, you’ll gain insight into underlying symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other conditions that may be affecting your well-being. This effort helps to create a clear picture that guides treatment planning and helps you move forward with confidence and direction.
PARENT/FAMILY SERVICES
Parent and Family services help to support your child at the onset of and throughout their healing journey. Services can include consultations and/or collaborative efforts to assess or support your child with client focused parental resources.
